Do you take international orders?

Our website automatically selects the currency that matches your delivery location. You can change this manually in the top left hand corner of the page.
For deliveries to the UK, we will bill you in Pounds Sterling (£), to the European Union in Euros (€), to the US in Dollars ($), and to the Rest of World in Pounds Sterling (£).

Standard rate VAT is included in all orders to the UK and Europe. Orders to the Rest of the World do not include VAT.
Where applicable, you will be responsible for any local country import duty.




We offer refunds or exchange on all items returned to us within 14 days. We cannot offer refunds on shipping costs. Items must be returned unworn and in original condition with tags.

Please bear in mind that we make each item especially for you so we would very grateful if you avoid purchasing multiple sizes to try on. If you do purchase an item that is the wrong size and you would like to exchange it for another size we will cover shipment for the replacement item once we have received the original.

Looking after your shoes

We use the finest fabrics to make our clothes feel special. All our clothes have washing and care recommendations. Most require a machine wash at 40°c degrees. Once you’ve washed your garment, reshape it while it’s damp by holding the side seams together and shaking the garment, then drying it flat.

Only our organic knitwear or cashmere needs hand-washing. Dry as above.
