Our warehouse and delivery network is currently operating as normal, but overseas orders may experience some slight delays due to circumstances WAY out of our control.

Orders shipped weekly, approximately every Monday and Wednesday with morning cut-off.
Customs/tax not included for orders shipped outside of the UK.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. Log the return through the Returns portal within 14 days of receiving your order.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. please ship back via your courier of choice using a tracked service. UK customers have the option of printing a UPS returns label, £7.00 will be deducted from your refund if this service is chosen when raising the RMA.
How do I return an item?Request a return using the Returns portal (https://goodnews.returnscenter.com/) and enter your email and order number. Instructions will follow in a separate email once the return request has been accepted.
I received shoes as a gift and would like to return or exchange...
We can only offer gift returns if the shoes were purchased from our online store. The shoes need to be refunded to the original method of payment, and then a new order can be placed. If the shoes were purchased from a retailer, they will need to be returned or exchanged directly at that location, in line with the store’s policy.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Please allow up to 10 business days after your return order has been received by our warehouse for your refund to be processed.
